Refund policy

If a payment fails or expires, no funds are captured. If your gift card code is not delivered within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund in crypto. Delivered codes that have not been redeemed may be refunded at our discretion. Delivered and redeemed codes cannot be refunded. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order reference.
